Infernal Moose is an Indie Publishing house focusing on novels within the Fantasy genre.
We believe that fantasy novels allow readers to truly walk a mile in another person’s shoes. We exist to publish stories that allow readers to suspend all belief of themselves and experience the world anew.
Founded in 2024, we’re looking for early authors to work with. Submit your manuscript today!

FAQs
What services do you offer?
When you publish with us, we will turn your manuscript into a reader-ready product (ISBN registration, distribution, formatting and the cover art). If you have artwork already, we’re happy to work with you on it, otherwise we design our artwork in-house. We usually incorporate 1-3 rounds of revisions before publication. We will promote your work, and expect you to do the same. Our best performing books happen when we both work on promotion.
Do you charge authors to publish their books? Are there hidden costs?
No hidden costs. We pay for the editorial process, and don’t ask our authors for payment.
What level of sales can I expect?
It’s really difficult to predict sales. Usually we see a few titles do well, and many will not do well. We’re playing a popularity game, where certain titles will break through the volume needed to be seen broadly. We will do our best to promote your book, and expect you to do the same.
Where are you based?
We are located in Denver, Colorado but are open to submissions from authors worldwide.
Will I see my book in my local bookstore?
Stocking books in bookstores is a difficult proposal, because we have to pay to manufacture the book, but do not get paid unless the bookstore sells the book. This can lead to large losses. If you are interested in seeing your book in a local bookstore, they may have a local authors section that we can work to get you in. Some book stores will also allow book signings, and we encourage authors to take advantage of those.
